Seto Easter

Let's celebrate Easter together with rolling eggs at munaloomka, a specially built sand construction in different villages. After a long lent, we’ll sing and dance again and eat well. Guests are welcome to join us!

Dear guests, we welcome you to explore Seto Easter traditions and share the joy of the holidays on May 5th from 10:00 to 17:00! Please note that the timings vary by village (see below), and special arrangements are possible for groups.

If you plan to come with more than 10 people, we would greatly appreciate it if you could let us know in advance (by May 1st). This way, we can better prepare for your visit.

Click on the village name to see what's planned. If desired, you can contact the designated person. The following villages invite you during Easter:

1. MIKITAMÄE, from 10:00 to 17:00 at Inara Vanavalgõ Kohvitarõ
2. VÄRSKA, from 12:00 to 13:30 at Värska Cultural Center

4. UUSVADA, from 13:00 to 15:00 at Uusvada Village House

On the day before Easter, May 4th, the home restaurant Maagõkõnõ in Saabolda village offers an opportunity to enjoy a home concert with the charming Getter Jaani, who will sing her beloved songs accompanied by guitar.
